After helping Bob get his computer setup and operational and getting him in touch with an Internet service provider, I hit the road at 11:30 am. It's exactly a 100-mile drive door-to-door. Without traffic and at the speed limit it takes 90 minutes on the freeways. But then again, Andrew never does anything the easy way. I treated myself to the back way --- from desert to mountain passes to plateaus and valley lakes, across the Cleveland National Forest and down to the beaches and the Pacific Coast Highway for a "leisurely" 6+ hour drive.

This background is Huntington Beach, my ultimate goal after settling into Anaheim with my friend Michael for a period of re-bonding and rooming together in his house.
